What's going on everybody, NFL season is right around the corner and I thought let's take a trip down memory lane and go through every teams most memorable play in my existence on this earth. Instead of posting them all to one blog I am going to break this up into each division starting with none other than the AFC North.
AFC North:
Steelers
The Immaculate Tackle. It was between this play, Santonio Holmes toe tap or the Polamalu scoop interception. The Holmes toe tap is legendary and goes down as one of the greatest Super Bowl plays ever but without this play, Big Ben isn't the legend he is today. I am not sure Nick Harper played another down in the NFL, which he didn't deserve to after getting tracked by Big Ben with all that open field in front of him. Also this play saved the Bus' legacy.
Ravens
The Mile High Miracle. This was one of the best playoff games I have ever watched as it was back and forth the entire game. Just when the world thought the game was over, 3rd down, 30 seconds to go in the game, down a touchdown, Joe Flacco sent an absolute bomb to a wide open Jacoby Jones streaking down the sidelines. The game had barely went two overtimes with ROOKIE Kicker Justin Tucker sending the Ravens back to the Super Bowl.
Bengals
Jerome Simpson front flip touchdown. In a meaningless December game for a meaningless franchise the most memorable Bengals play was this. The balls Simpson had to not only flip over the defender but he absolutely NAILED the landing.
Browns
Myles Garrett helmet swing. If you thought I was going to put an actual play in here think about what franchise I am talking about. All I have to say is one thing about this:
Assault.
These are MY personal most memorable plays so sorry not sorry if these don't sit well with you. I wanted to do a top 3 but I feel like doing 1 play will get people to actually look at the blog. Kudos to you for reading down here I appreciate you a lot! Wednesday we will talk about the AFC East.
