#FruitWars2022

What’s going on everybody, as this is surging across all social media, Twitter especially and seems to be driven off of @Fin5anity pixilation and passion for fruit and pixels, I thought it was only right that I weigh in on this. Seems as though all the war is asking is to rank the top 5 fruits. My initial thought was oh fun little trend, but I do believe this is Big Fruits way of making the fruit that was the least talked about completely extinct so be careful as to what fruit you choose to leave off. Anyway, here are my top 5:

1. Apple - the most diverse of all fruits, there are over 7,500 varieties and 2,500 of those varieties are grown in the US. Whether you like a Granny Smith to a Pink Lady you can find a flavor you enjoy

2. Grapes - red or green? I personally like green more but red grapes are gas too. Also without grapes there is no wine and without wine the world would be more bitchy

3. Watermelon - the clear cut #1 fruit of the summer should make everyone’s top 5 and if you don’t like watermelon you’re lying to yourself and just want to be different

4. Kiwi - minus the furry skin and it being lowkey a bitch to cut, kiwi’s are so good and you can get a really sweet one and can get a sour-ish one, really the best of both worlds

5. Honeydew - honeydew blows cantaloupe out the water in every fashion. I will say you when you get a bad honeydew it really tastes like nothing but a good one is the greatest whereas a cantaloupe, you’re gonna have some good chunks but there is going to be bland chunks in every cantaloupe

Honorable Mentions

• Banana - the ultimate breakfast for those who don’t want to eat breakfast or don’t have the time. Diverse, easily disposed and banana bread kicks ass

• Mango - mangos are a bitch and a half to open but help my fuck they are so good especially when you get a nice soft and juicy one but the work to get it open leaves it to honorable mentions

• Strawberry - this list wouldn’t feel complete without strawberries on it but I’m just not the biggest fan but I respect Big Berry and had to put at least one on here

I think it is important that we all do our part in #FruitWars2022 and release your top 5. I hope I can bring light to Team Honeydew and Team Kiwi but aside from that I hope we as a community can come together and exile the shitty fruit once and for all.
